Each branch will each need an Gweep upload appliance to transfer the electronic images to the secure database.     Each roll is 270 feet long. The number of receipts you can print will depend on how long your configured receipt is, which is affected by things such as logos, font size, and other optional features, as well as whether or not you print one or two receipt copies per transaction.

    To maximize imaged thermal receipts and avoid discoloration, avoid prolonged exposure to UV lights, vinyl, plastic, shrink wrap, adhesive, and wet-toner copies or certain carbon papers and water. Store the reciepts in a dark place with a temperature below 77 degrees Fahrenheit and a relative humidity of between 45 and 65 percent.

    Yes. There is an option to use a different font that is easier to read. Keep in mind that this means each receipt will be slightly longer, and therefore you will go through thermal paper more quickly.

    Here are some things to try: Make sure the thermal printer is on and has paper. If this is a non-Carswell printer, click the ... button next to the Print button and make sure that it is set to Print Document Image without Signatures . Make sure that the form type in the upper right hand corner is set to Receipt and not PhotoID .     This normally happens when the thermal paper roll is installed backwards. Change the thermal paper roll to feed from underneath itself and printing should be restored.
